Similar to last years Dakota park event where you choose to do 1 to 4 courses in random order.
Map: Westview Park 1:4000, 1.5m contours, mix of urban, and park with prominent hill.
Courses: there will be 4 courses of approx 1.25km each.
Long: all four courses
Medium: 3 courses
Short: 2 courses
Very Short: 1 course
It will be a mass start with each runner doing the courses in a different order.
Mass start 6:45pm If you are late you can start when you are ready.
Registration 6:00 to 6:30 PM, course instructions will be given at this time.
