Registration has closed. There were no competitors registered for Course 2 so it will not be offered.
Park passes are required. Please meet by the ski trail huts just north of the ski/hiking parking lot. This is the parking lot approached by a right turn shortly after entering the park from the East Beach entrance.
Even though recent rains have soaked the park, as of Thursday the forest fire risk is still 'HIGH'. Please respect the Park and park only on the gravelled areas of the parking lot. Be aware that vehicle catalytic converters can start grass fires in a matter of seconds.
Runners should wear long sleeves and pants, use insect repellant and check for ticks after completing. There will be water on all courses, but runners may wish to carry extra if the weather is hot.
Water, drinks and snacks will be provided for competitors. There are vault toilets at the start/finish.
